Baines London uses real pressed flowers to create our stunning pure silk scarf, stationery and homeware designs. Studies show that just looking at real flowers can reduce stress hormones and Baines London enables you to take nature with you wherever you go. Created by TV presenter, Author and Actress Samantha Baines in September 2025, Baines London is an independent luxury lifestyle brand based in the UK.

Our story:
​
Samantha spent three months in hospital after the birth of her daughter and it was an incredibly challenging experience. At times, she couldn't hold her daughter for days due to surgery and Intensive Care. Samantha sought solace in nature, she'd sit in a local green spot for respite in difficult moments. It was during this time, that Samantha realised the importance of nature and flowers. However, there are some environments like Intensive Care where nature isn't allowed or easily accessible. Samantha set herself a challenge to create designs that could help anyone bring nature with them where ever they go. Baines London started as notebooks with real flower designs, that Samantha could write her hospital notes in, and then moved on to silk scarves and homeware. We are working on designs to raise money for charity, to give back and make people feel good and do good when they buy Baines London pieces.
Our process:

Pressed flowers are digitised, arranged into bold patterns and printed to a high quality in the UK. This combination of using the natural beauty of flowers to support mental health as well as our focus on compelling design, has already gathered a lot of attention. Baines London enables you to bring flowers with you wherever you go.
