Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, Worldwide shipping is available on our products when ordered via Wolf and Badger here. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

Because we produce in small, sustainable batches rather than holding large amounts of stock, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. We will always aim to be quicker where we can, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Baines London scarf. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Your statutory rights

​

As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@baineslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will process your refund, including your original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever is sooner.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@baineslondon.com within 30 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. You will be entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — whichever you prefer and we are able to provide.
