Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We are not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or card provider.

1. Consumer Rights and Cancellation

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@baineslondon.com within the 14-day cancellation period.

Following cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.

Please note: the right to cancel may not apply to personalised or custom-made items. If this affects your order, we will make this clear before you complete your purchase.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times stated on the Website are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes to you once payment has been received in full.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
